Preţurile cresc mai repede decât se aştepta
Acum o lună şi jumătate, Banca Naţională a Moldovei (BNM), instituţie a statului responsabilă de stabilitatea preţurilor în ţară, lansa prognoza potrivit căreia în anul acesta inflaţia s-ar putea ridica la nivelul de 8,1%.
Stimați contribuabili, ținem să va informăm că a fost actualizată Baza generalizată a practicii fiscale. Actualizarea a fost efectuată prin Ordinul IFPS NR. 600 din 21.07.2015

1. (28.15.41) Care este modalitatea de eliberare a facturilor fiscale în cazul înregistrării tergiversate în calitate de plătitor al TVA?
Conform normelor stabilite prin art.115 alin.(1) din Codul fiscal, fiecare subiect impozabil, specificat la art.94 lit.a) şi/sau lit.c), este obligat să prezinte declaraţia privind TVA pentru fiecare perioadă fiscală.
