Migranții care muncesc în Italia și care și-au pierdut locul de muncă pot beneficia de o indemnizație de șomaj. Începând cu 1 mai 2015 a intrat în vigoare „Naspi”, noua indemnizație de șomaj, care este destinată celor care au pierdut involuntar locul de muncă. 1. (29.4.24) Какой порядок налогообложения физического лица нерезидента при предоставлении им в аренду или поднаем, имущественный наем или узуфрукт имущества, находящегося в Республике Молдова?
Исходя из положений ст.70 ч.(2) п. а) Налогового кодекса, при определении облагаемого дохода нерезидентов учитывается только доход, полученный в Республике Молдова. В соответствии с положениями статьи 71 п. k) Налогового кодекса, (в дальнейшем Кодекc) доходы от лизинговых операций, от предоставления в аренду или поднаем, имущественный наем или узуфрукт имущества, находящегося в Республике Молдова, считаются доходами нерезидентов, полученными в Республике Молдова.
Национальный банк Молдовы примет решение о дальнейшей судьбе Banca de Economii и других проблемных банков после формирования нового правительства и переговоров с экспертами Международного валютного фонда.
