Livrările la un preț mai mic decât cel de piață în contul retribuirii muncii

Cum urmează a fi supuse impozitării plățile acordate foștilor angajați? Constituie oare aceste plăți drept bază de a calcula și reține primele de asigurare obligatorie de asistență medicală?

Care sunt obligațiile fiscale în cazul în care unul din fondatorii SRL donează cota sa de participație în capitalul social celuilalt cofondator?

 

Apare necesitatea calculării creșterii de capital dacă are loc redistribuirea unui bun imobil – proprietate comună în devălmășie a soților?
