Experții centrului analitic independent recomandă să fie luate măsuri de protejare a intereselor locuitorilor – investitori ai Moldovei, care au investit în construcția gazoductelor, şi au exprimat îngrijorarea în raport cu faptul că Programul național de gazificare și toate documentele conexe privind extinderea rețelelor de distribuire a gazelor, aprobate de Guvern în anii 2001-2002, nu fac lumină privind sursa de finanțare a acestor investiții.
