Întreprinderea a încheiat cu alt agent economic contract de locațiune a unui depozit. Acest depozit a fost înregistrat ca subdiviziune a întreprinderii. În acest depozit nu se efectuează comerț, este destinat doar pentru păstrarea mărfurilor. Este necesar de a avea Notificare privind inițierea activității de comerț?

Понятие «основное жилье» содержится в Налоговом Кодексе, но каковы критерии определения, что для физического лица, у которого есть несколько единиц недвижимости, является «основным жильем»? Человек, к примеру, владеет квартирой в Кишиневе, в которой он проживает, также имеет дом в Кагуле (где прописан и временами там бывает). Оба объекта недвижимости соответствуют ст.5 п. 46 НК. Каким образом определить при отчуждении, что является «основным жильем» для данного физического лица?
