Casa Naţională de Asigurări Sociale a aprobat Graficul controalelor planificate pentru trimestrul II al anului 2016. Reieşind din faptul, că s-a instituit moratoriu asupra controlului de stat în activitatea persoanelor juridice şi fizice ce desfăşoară activitate de întreprinzător, Casa Naţională a planificat efectuarea controalelor la plătitorii de contribuţii care nu practică activitatea de întreprinzător.
Potrivit prevederilor pct. 15 subpct. 4) al Standardului Național de Contabilitate „Cheltuieli”, aprobat prin Ordinul Ministrului Finanțelor nr. 118 din 06.08.2013, avansurile acordate în vederea procurărilor ulterioare de bunuri şi servicii, nu se recunosc ca cheltuieli.
