Despre achitarea impozitului pe venit în rate
Compania „A”, în conformitate cu art. 121 din CF, în baza Cererii privind modificarea perioadei fiscale, adresată Serviciului Fiscal de Stat, şi-a modificat perioada fiscală privind impozitul pe venit de la anul calendaristic la perioada „1 martie – 28/29 februarie”, conform perioadei de gestiune a entității-mamă rezident al Republicii Federale Germania. De asemenea, compania „A” a aplicat perioada fiscală de tranziție (1 ianuarie – 28 februarie), pentru care a întocmit Declaraţia privind impozitul pe venit în conformitate cu regulile stabilite în cap. 72 al titlului II din Codul fiscal.

Ce tip de declarație prezintă Întreprinderea individuală - neplătitoare de TVA pentru perioada fiscală 2024, dacă în cadrul acesteia activează 4 persoane, dintre care 3 salariați și fondatorul persoana fizică. Are dreptul să prezinte declarația UNIF21 sau e obligat să prezinte forma VEN12?
