Noul sistem de evidență și calculare a amortizării în scopuri fiscale
Ministerul Finanțelor a propus spre consultări publice noul Regulamentul privind evidența și calcularea amortizării în scopuri fiscale (în continuare – Regulament). În continuare urmează să analizăm principalele modificări propuse la Regulament care au drept scop să aducă claritate și simplitate în procesul de evidență și calculare a amortizării în scopuri fiscale. În rezultatul ultimelor modificări și completări operate la Codul fiscal nr.1163/1997 (CF), prin care s-a exclus clasificarea mijloacelor fixe pe categorii de proprietate, amortizarea urmând a fi calculată pentru fiecare obiect separat, prin utilizarea metodei liniare, s-a impus necesitatea elaborării unui nou sistem de evidență și calculare a amortizării în scopuri fiscale. Noul sistem de evidență și calculare a amortizării în scopuri fiscale vine să simplifice metodologia de calcul și, totodată, să faciliteze munca contabililor.
