О прекращении действия предпринимательского патента
Какие возможны последствия для обладателя предпринимательского патента, согласно действующему законодательству, в случае, если органом, наделенным функциями контроля, констатирован факт того, что обладатель предпринимательского патента на «Розничную торговлю с лотков, прилавков, из палаток и автомашин на рынках и/или в местах, разрешённых органом местного публичного управления» осуществляет торговлю из автомобиля без внесения в бюджет платы за соответствующий период действия патента?
