Instituția Publică „Centrul de Tehnologii Informaționale în Finanțe” (CTIF) anunță că în luna septembrie 2018 va organiza, pentru specialiștii în domeniul achizițiilor publice din cadrul autorităților și instituțiilor bugetare din mun. Chișinău, cursuri de instruire privind utilizarea instrumentelor electronice de achiziții publice MTender. Aceste cursuri sunt ghidate de formatorii Centrului de instruire în finanțe din cadrul CTIF, iar participarea la ele este gratuită.
