Serviciul Vamal al Republicii Moldova
este o instituţie din sistemul organelor de drept şi de securitate a statului avînd misiunea de a asigura securitatea economică a ţării prin colectarea eficientă a taxelor şi impozitelor, combaterea fraudelor vamale, facilitarea comerţului internaţional şi protejarea societăţii, aplicînd uniform şi imparţial legislaţia vamală.

Modificări în Normele privind imprimarea, utilizarea şi completarea declaraţiei vamale în detaliu
În Monitorul Oficial de astăzi, 26 mai, Serviciul Vamal a publicat Ordinul nr. 167-O din 11 mai 2023 cu privire la modificarea anexei nr.8 la Normele tehnice privind imprimarea, utilizarea şi completarea declaraţiei vamale în detaliu, aprobate prin Ordinul directorului general al Serviciului Vamal nr.346-O/2009.
Приказом Таможенной службы утвержден перечень актов, которые необходимо подавать при таможенном оформлении товаров. Документ вступил в силу 25 мая и заменил действовавший с 2002 года Приказ гендиректора Таможенного департамента об оформлении таможенных документов при таможенном оформлении товаров, являющихся предметом внешнеэкономических сделок № 276-О/2002.

Actele necesare la vămuirea mărfurilor: Ordinul, publicat de Serviciul Vamal
În Monitorul Oficial din 24 mai curent Serviciul Vamal a publicat Ordinul nr.123-O din 4 aprilie 2023 cu privire la aprobarea actelor necesare la vămuirea mărfurilor.
Закон о ратификации Соглашения между Молдовой и Евросоюзом об участии нашей страны в программе «Таможня» Союза о сотрудничестве в таможенной сфере был опубликован 24 мая в Monitorul Oficial и вступил в силу. Министерство иностранных дел и евроинтеграции уведомит Еврокомиссию о ратификации соглашения, а Минфин обеспечит его реализацию в 2023-2027 гг.

Ministerul Finanțelor lansează procesul de consultare publică a proiectului de lege pentru modificarea unor acte normative ce vizează politica fiscală și vamală pentru anul 2024.
В парламенте Молдовы планируют разработать и утвердить пакет поправок в налоговое законодательство для стимулирования экономического и финансового развития СМИ. Эта мера содержится в проекте Национальной программы развития средств массовой информации на 2023–2026 годы и Плана действий по ее реализации, зарегистрированной в качестве законодательной инициативы. Поддержку планируется предоставить, в первую очередь, производителям местной медиа-продукции.

Парламент на заседании 11 мая ратифицировал Соглашение между Молдовой и ЕС об участии нашей страны в программе «Таможня» Союза о сотрудничестве в таможенной сфере. Законопроект был одобрен голосами 71 депутата сразу в двух чтениях.
