В рамках Генпрокуратуры будет создана Служба внутреннего аудита

Дополнения, внесенные в Положение о прокуратуре, предусматривают создание Службы внутреннего аудита (Служба), которая будет подчинена непосредственно Генеральному прокурору. Соответствующие изменения разработаны в целях обеспечения более эффективного исполнения полномочий прокуратуры. Документ опубликован в «Официальном мониторе» от 3 октября 2019 г. Новая глава положения (гл. XI2. «Служба внутреннего аудита») оговаривает, что, в целях надлежащего информирования и исключения дублирования деятельности, Служба будет сотрудничать со Счетной палатой и представлять ей копии годового плана мероприятий внутреннего аудита, а также годового отчета о деятельности внутреннего аудита Генпрокуратуры.
