Republica Moldova este Republică Parlamentară. Preşedintele şi vicepreşedinţii Parlamentului se aleg după constituirea legală a Legislativului. Potrivit prevederilor Regulamentului Parlamentului, Preşedintele forului se alege pe durata mandatului prin vot secret al majorităţii deputaţilor aleşi, la propunerea fracţiunilor parlamentare. Vicepreşedinţii Parlamentului se aleg prin votul deschis a majorităţii deputaţilor aleşi, la propunerea Preşedintelui Parlamentului, după consultarea fracţiunilor parlamentare.

Prevederile privind termenele de valabilitate al produselor alimentare importate în Moldova urmează a fi modificate, pentru a elimina barierele administrative. În acest sens, Parlamentul a aprobat în prima lectură proiectul de lege pentru modificarea Legii nr. 306/2018 privind siguranța alimentelor.

Молдова будет обмениваться данными о финансовых счетах граждан с другими странами

В рамках Многостороннего соглашения страны, его подписавшие (более 100 юрисдикций), будут обмениваться следующими данными: имя, адрес владельца счета, его фискальные данные, дата и место рождения; данные счета, в том числе остаток на конец календарного года; информация о депозите; размещенная на счете сумма, в том числе по страховым контрактам и др.
