Întreprinderea, subiect al impunerii cu TVA, desfăşoară activităţi de închiriere de bunuri de la persoane fizice – rochii de mireasă –, pe care apoi le dă în chirie altor clienţi. Plata de închiriere pentru client este, spre exemplu, de 500 lei (50% pentru proprietarul bunului + 50% comisionul întreprinderii).
