Nr 6 (47) 2018 Publicaţia periodică «Monitorul Fiscal FISC.MD» reflectă poziţia oficială a Serviciului Fiscal de Stat, fiind concepută ca urmare a sporirii cererii din partea societăţii pentru informaţii fiscale complete, diversificate şi mai detaliate despre activitatea Serviciului Fiscal de Stat, planurile şi proiectele sale, metodele şi mecanismele utilizate în procesul administrării fiscale.
Mecanismul nou și distinct de recuperare a datoriilor În cazul în care valoarea litigiilor este redusă, cererea de chemare în judecată, inclusiv a agenților economici privind recuperarea datoriilor, este examinată în cel mult 6 luni. Până la 1 iunie 2018, examinarea pricinilor civile au impus respectarea acelorași norme de procedură, indiferent de complexitatea fiecăreia în parte.

(1) и (3) ст. 46 Налогового кодекса (НК), любое лицо, которое имеет товарно-материальные запасы, предназначенные для использования в производственном процессе, или запасы готовой продукции, обязано вести их учет, если это необходимо для правильного отражения дохода. Методы учета товарно-материальных запасов применяются налогоплательщиком в соответствии с Национальными стандартами бухгалтерского учета (НСБУ) и Международными стандартами финансового учета (МСФО) (ч. (3) ст. 46 НК).
