Entitatea, în al cărei capital social nu există cota statului, dispune de două terenuri agricole cu suprafața de 3 ha fiecare cu plantații perene (livezi). Terenul nr. 1 cu livada respectivă aparține entității cu drept de proprietate. Costul de intrare a livezii constituie 983 500 lei, amortizarea acumulată – 594 700 lei
Prevederile Ordinului Ministerului Agriculturii și Industriei Alimentare nr. 148 din 20.09.2024 care vine să creeze cadrul normativ secundar necesar asigurării implementării Legii nr. 105/2024 cu privire la rețeaua de colectare a informațiilor agricole, publicat joi, 3 octombrie curent în Monitorul oficial, vor intra în vigoare la data de 16 mai anul 2026.
