29.2.5.27 Este oare obligată persoana fizică să depună Declarația persoanei fizice cu privire la impozitul pe venit în cazul înstrăinării locuinței de bază?

Prevederile art. 5 pct. 46) din Codul fiscal stabilesc că, locuință de bază este locuința care întrunește cumulativ următoarele condiții:    a) este proprietatea contribuabilului în decurs de cel puţin 3 ani;   b) constituie domiciliul/reședința contribuabilului în decursul ultimilor 3 ani pînă la momentul înstrăinării.
