Asigurarea obligatorie de asistenţă medicală
Articolul 1. Noţiunea de asigurare obligatorie de asistenţă medicalăreprezintă un sistem autonom garantat de stat de protecţie financiară a populaţiei în domeniul ocrotirii sănătăţii prin constituirea, pe principii de solidaritate, din contul primelor de asigurare, a unor fonduri băneşti destinate pentru acoperirea cheltuielilor de tratare a stărilor condiţionate de survenirea evenimentelor asigurate (maladie sau afecţiune). Sistemul asigurării obligatorii de asistenţă medicală oferă cetăţenilor Republicii Moldova posibilităţi egale în obţinerea asistenţei medicale oportune şi calitative.

С начала 2018 г. утрачивают силу положения ч. (3) ст. 17 Закона № 1593/2002. Это наводит на мысль, что физические лица, которые по закону должны застраховаться по медицинскому страхованию в индивидуальном порядке, уже не обязаны это делать. Из того, что по закону никто не обязан выявлять неплательщиков вытекает, что они не понесут ответственности за неуплату взносов. Так ли это? А если нет, то что означает упразднение указанных положений?

Compania Naţională de Asigurări în Medicină comunică, că din 1 ianuarie 2018, raportul privind calcularea şi transferul primelor de asigurare obligatorie de asistenţă medicală (formularul MED08) şi listele de evidenţă nominală a persoanelor asigurate angajate (formularul 2-03/l) vor fi incluse în darea de seamă privind reţinerea impozitului pe venit, a primelor de asigurare obligatorie de asistenţă medicală şi a contribuţiilor de asigurări sociale de stat obligatorii calculate (formularul tipizat IPC 18).
Veniturile administrate de Serviciul Fiscal de Stat la Bugetul public național (BPN) în anul 2017 au crescut, comparativ cu perioada similară a anului 2016, cu 18,4%.
Министерство финансов внесло изменения и дополнения в Отчет об удержании подоходного налога, взносов обязательного медицинского страхования и начисленных взносов обязательного государственного социального страхования (Форма IPC18), а также Инструкцию о порядке его заполнения.

На предприятии «Х» несколько работников не использовали своевременно свой законный ежегодный отпуск, накопив их за несколько лет. Из-за невозможности, в связи с производственной необходимостью, использования всех отпусков, данным работникам в декабре 2017 г. была выплачена компенсация за неиспользованный отпуск.

Fondurile asigurării obligatorii de asistenţă medicală pentru anul 2018 sunt aprobate, atât la venituri, cât și la cheltuieli, în sumă de 6659025,2 mii lei, fără deficit. În Monitorul Oficial, nr. 464-470 din 29 decembrie 2017, a fost publicată Legea fondurilor asigurării obligatorii de asistență medicală pe anul 2018.
