Муниципальный совет Кишинева внес ряд изменений в утвержденные в декабре прошлого года ставки местных сборов на 2021 год. Согласно документу, размер местного сбора за размещение работающих нон-стоп цветочных рынков, расположенных по периметру парков культуры и отдыха, - снижен с 840 до 100 леев за 1 кв. м торговой площади в год. Ставки местных сборов для субъектов, которые предоставляют услуги пассажироперевозок посредством автобусов и микроавтобусов, а также такси обновлены с расчетом годовой, а не ежемесячной уплаты. При этом владельцы маршруток, которые предоставляют услуги по перевозке пассажиров по регулярным маршрутам в мун.Кишинев, освобождены от уплаты местного сбора на период с 1 апреля по 31 декабря 2021 года.

Întreprinderea dispune de staţii de alimentare cu combustibil, amplasate pe tot teritoriul RM. Contoarele de evidență a combustibilului sunt amplasate pe terenurile private ale întreprinderii. În acest sens apar următoarele întrebări: • pot fi considerate terenurile private zonă a drumului public și/sau zonă de protecţie a acestuia?

Физическое лицо приобрело в Германии для собственных нужд грузопассажирский автомобиль марки MERCEDES-BENZ, модель Vario 816 DoKa 7 Sitze MBB LBW 1 to Standheizung: в кабине 7 мест; полный вес авто - 7490 кг; грузоподъемность - 2440 кг; объем двигателя - 4249 см3. При государственной регистрации автомобиля необходимо уплатить сбор за пользование автомобильными дорогами автомобилями, зарегистрированными в РМ. Как правильно его исчислить в указанном случае?

Potrivit art. 295 lit. i) și j) din Codul fiscal, de plata taxei pentru salubrizare sunt scutiți: proprietarii sau deținătorii bunurilor rechiziţionate în interes public, pe perioada rechiziţiei, conform legislaţiei;
