Gradul de finalizare al construcţiei nefinalizate în scopul impozitării se va determina și de către specialiștii din cadrul autorităților publice locale, potrivit unui proiect propus spre consultare de Ministerul Dezvoltării Regionale și Construcției. Proiectul este urmare a constatării că prevederile legislaţiei în vigoare cu privire la inregistrarea construcţiilor nefinalizate la organele cadastrale şi impozitarea acestora nu este respectată de catre proprietarii acestor obiective şi este vădit faptul eschivării de la plăţiie impozitelor pentru bunurile imobile.

Urmează persoana juridică să rețină impozit pe venit din plățile efectuate în favoarea titularului de patentă aferent serviciilor prestate de către acesta? Titularii de patente pot presta servicii persoanelor juridice, conform activității specificate în patentă, ținând cont de prevederile Legii nr. 93-XIV cu privire la patenta de întreprinzător din 15 iulie 1998 (în continuare – Lege).
