Impozitul pe avere
Care este obiectul impunerii cu impozitul pe avere? Conform art. 2873 alin. (1) din Codul fiscal, obiect al impunerii îl constituie bunurile imobiliare cu destinaţie locativă, inclusiv căsuțele de vacanță (cu excepţia terenurilor), precum şi cotele-părţi, a căror totalitate întruneşte cumulativ următoarele condiţii: valoarea estimată totală constituie 1,5 milioane lei şi mai mult; suprafaţa totală constituie 120 m2 şi mai mult.
В Инструкции по учету налогоплательщиков отдельный блок отведен процедуре снятия налогоплательщиков с налогового учета. Предусмотрено, что если налогоплательщик прекращает деятельность в течение налогового года, ответственное лицо, не позднее 60 дней со дня принятия решения о прекращении деятельности, обязано представить ГНС копию объявления об инициировании процедуры прекращения деятельности, опубликованного в «Monitorul Oficial».

Politicile naționale existente nu asigură un sistem de management integrat al calității aerului, iar măsurile întreprinse de către responsabilii în domeniu sunt inferioare celor comunitare și nu sunt efective, a stabilit Curtea de Conturi în urma unui audit de mediu privind calitatea aerului în Republica Moldova.

Национальное агентство по регулированию в энергетике опубликовало сегодня, 12 декабря, новые максимально допустимые розничные цены на топливо, которые будут действовать с 13 по 26 декабря. НАРЭ понизило максимальные розничные цены на бензин в среднем на 1,47% (26 бань), а на дизтопливо – на 1,5% (24 бань).
Serviciul Fiscal de Stat comunică, că data de 25 decembrie este termenul limită de achitare a impozitului pe avere, iar neachitarea în termen duce la penalizări pentru fiecare zi de întârziere.
