9. (28.5.11) Arhiva: Când apare data obligaţiei fiscale aferente importului de servicii dacă servciile sunt beneficiate pîna la data de 4 aprilie 2011, iar achitarea dupa aceasta dată?
Plasare în arhiva potrivit Ordinului SFS 299 din 31.05.2018. La serviciile de import beneficiate pîna la 4 aprilie 2011, pentru care achitarea cu nerezidentul a avut loc dupa 4 aprilie 2011, în condiţiile acţiunii prevederilor art.101 (4) din Codul fiscal la momentul importului, onorarea obligaţiei de achitare a TVA la buget a fost necesară la data indicată în documentul ce confirmă prestarea serviciului.
Государственная Налоговая Служба внесла изменения в Приказ ГГНИ № 379 от 15.03.2017 г. об утверждении бланков о применении мер по обеспечению погашения налогового обязательства, в соответствии с которыми, в качестве меры обеспечения погашения налоговых обязательств, налоговые органы смогут применять арест денежных средств на банковских счетах налогоплательщика, включая те, которые поступят в будущем.
