1.(28.15.77) Apare obligația de emitere a facturii fiscale în format electronic (e–Factura) în cazul în care livrările de bunuri/ servicii impozabile cu TVA se efectuează în adresa instituției publice/bugetare în cadrul achizițiilor publice de mică valoare?
В «Официальном мониторе» от 9 августа Государственная налоговая служба(ГНС) опубликовала изменения и дополнения к Приказу ГГНИ nr. 611 от 24.07.2015 г., которым было утверждено Руководство по процедурам опломбирования и распломбирования (Руководство). Соответствующие изменения, как подчеркивается в документе, осуществлены в целях обеспечения надлежащего налогового администрирования. В соответствии с опубликованным Приказом, в тексте Руководства понятие «пломба» будет заменено на следующий текст: «Объект, состоящий из пластины с тиснением с монограммой, изображением, эмблемой несением на различные предметы (письма, официальные документы, посылки, комнаты и т.д.) для придания им целостности или действительности».

В пятницу, 2 августа, в «Официальном мониторе» опубликованы изменения к приказу Государственной налоговой службы nr. 62 от 15 февраля 2019 г. «Об утверждении Инструкции о порядке использования электронных налоговых услуг». Данные поправки разработаны в целях приведения механизмов аутентификации электронных налоговых услуг для налогоплательщиков в соответствии с Постановлением правительства nr. 1090 от 31 декабря 2013 г. о правительственной электронной услуге аутентификации и контроля доступа (MPass), а также на основании ст. 1323 ч. (10) и ст. 133 ч. (2) п. 8 Налогового кодекса (НК).
