В документе представлена структура и формат отчетов об исполнении фондов ОМС, а также состав отчетов, которые необходимо представлять Правительству, минфину и Министерству здравоохранения, труда и социальной защиты.

Ministerul Finanţelor propune completarea Formei IPC18 cu două anexe — Formularul tipizat Forma CAS18-AN (Darea de seamă privind calcularea contribuţiilor de asigurări sociale de stat obligatorii şi evidența nominală a asiguraţilor în sistemul public de asigurări sociale) şi Instrucţiunea de completare a acesteia.

Ministerul Finanțelor prin Ordinul nr.13 din 19 ianuarie 2018 privind completarea Ordinului ministrului finanţelor nr.158 din 22 decembrie 2017 „Cu privire la modul de achitare şi evidenţă a plăţilor la bugetul public naţional prin sistemul trezorerial al Ministerului Finanţelor în anul 2018” ajustează modului de achitare şi evidenţă a plăţilor la bugetul public naţional la modificările întroduse în Clasificaţia bugetară şi unele acte legislative şi normative, care au fost puse în aplicare în anul curent.
Начальникам управлений и отделов Министерства Финансов предстоит обеспечить прием и проверку отчетов в течение до десяти дней со дня представления составленных отчетов.

Министерство финансов утвердило типовой формуляр Декларации о подоходном налоге лиц, осуществляющих профессиональную деятельность в сфере правосудия (форма DAJ17), и порядок его заполнения. Первым налоговым отчетным периодом, согласно утвержденным типовым формулярам, является 2017 г., в том числе для налогоплательщиков, которые изменили налоговый период в соответствии с ч.(4) ст.121 НК.
