Экономический агент заключил с физическим лицом договор имущественного найма помещения сроком на один год. При заключении договора между физическим и юридическим лицом была договоренность о внесении оплаты за наем авансом. По истечении некоторого срока, по определенным обстоятельствам, заключенный договор найма был расторгнут, а физическое лицо, в свою очередь, вернуло экономическому агенту сумму за наем помещения, полученную авансом.
