Scutirea persoanelor cu dizabilităţi de impozitul imobiliar
Potrivit art.283 alin.(1) pct.h, ”persoanele invalide de gr.II care dețin locuința cu valoarea mai mică de 30000 lei sunt scutite de impozitul pe bunurile imobiliare”. În cazul în care persoana cu dizabilităţi lucrează și obține venit, poate beneficia de aceste facilități?

Impozitul pe avere
Care este obiectul impunerii cu impozitul pe avere? Conform art. 2873 alin. (1) din Codul fiscal, obiect al impunerii îl constituie bunurile imobiliare cu destinaţie locativă, inclusiv căsuțele de vacanță (cu excepţia terenurilor), precum şi cotele-părţi, a căror totalitate întruneşte cumulativ următoarele condiţii: valoarea estimată totală constituie 1,5 milioane lei şi mai mult; suprafaţa totală constituie 120 m2 şi mai mult.
