Articolul 8. Drepturile şi obligaţiile contribuabilului
(1) Contribuabilul are dreptul:
a) să obţină pe gratis de la inspectoratul fiscal de stat teritorial şi serviciul de colectare a impozitelor şi taxelor locale informaţii despre impozitele şi taxele în vigoare, precum şi despre actele normative care reglementează modul şi condiţiile de achitare a acestora;
b) să se bucure de o atitudine corectă din partea organelor cu atribuţii de administrare fiscală şi a persoanelor cu funcţii de răspundere ale acestora;…
(2) Contribuabilul este obligat:
a) să respecte modul stabilit de înregistrare (reînregistrare) de stat şi de desfăşurare a activităţii de întreprinzător;
b) să se pună la evidenţă la organul fiscal în a cărui rază îşi are sediul stabilit în documentele de constituire (înregistrare), să prezinte informaţiile iniţiale (şi să comunice modificările ulterioare) cu privire la sediul său, sediul subdiviziunilor, denumirea şi sediul instituţiilor financiare în care sînt deschise conturi, precum şi cu privire la sistarea temporară a activităţii subdiviziunilor;…
