Articolul 9. Administrarea fiscală
Administrarea fiscală reprezintă activitatea organelor de stat împuternicite şi responsabile de asigurarea colectării depline şi la termen a impozitelor şi taxelor, a penalităţilor şi amenzilor în bugetele de toate nivelurile, precum şi de efectuarea acţiunilor de urmărire penală în caz de existenţă a unor circumstanţe ce atestă comiterea infracţiunilor fiscale.

С 12 января 2019 г. отсутствие таксометра в салоне автомобиля, который используется для оказания услуг по перевозке пассажиров в режиме такси, будет наказываться штрафными санкциями и изъятием номерных знаков. Соответствующие поправки в Кодекс о правонарушениях и Кодекс дорожного транспорта были опубликованы в «Monitorul Oficial» 12 декабря. Действующие в настоящее время положения предусматривают наложение на водителя лишь штрафа за отсутствие таксометра. Уплатив его в течение 72 часов, можно воспользоваться скидкой в 50%. Кроме того, изъятые знаки возвращаются сразу после уплаты штрафа, а водителm предупреждается о необходимости установки таксометра.
