Articolul 9. Administrarea fiscală
Administrarea fiscală reprezintă activitatea organelor de stat împuternicite şi responsabile de asigurarea colectării depline şi la termen a impozitelor şi taxelor, a penalităţilor şi amenzilor în bugetele de toate nivelurile, precum şi de efectuarea acţiunilor de urmărire penală în caz de existenţă a unor circumstanţe ce atestă comiterea infracţiunilor fiscale.

Vă atenționăm că la 25 septembrie curent expiră expiră termenul de achitare a impozitelor, taxelor și a contribuțiilor de asigurări sociale și termenul de prezentare a dărilor de seamă fiscale.

Еще три компании получили налоговые «каникулы»

Правительство расширило Перечень экономических агентов с правом продления срока уплаты НДС и таможенной пошлины на период производственного цикла, но не более чем на 180 дней, на импортируемые сырье, материалы, принадлежности, первичную упаковку и комплектующие изделия, используемые исключительно для производства товаров на экспорт. В список включены компании «MARCA ASSEMBLIES EST» (специализируется на производстве пластмассы), «MONISTAR» (розничная торговля алкогольными и другими напитками) и «TUCANO COFFEE» (переработка чая и кофе). Таким образом, список получателей налоговых «каникул» увеличится до 32.

iconStimularea fiscală şi întreprinderea în proces de insolvabilitate

Prin Hotărârea Curții de Apel Economice din 2010 a fost intentat procesul de insolvabilitate faţă de debitorul ,,X”. Ulterior, în interiorul termenului, organul fiscal a înaintat cererea de admitere a creanțelor fiscale. Prin urmare, organul fiscal a fost validat și introdus în tabelul definitiv al creanțelor în calitate de creditor chirografar de rangul III cu suma de 2 185114,05 lei și ca creditor chirografar de rangul VI cu suma de 285624,62 lei. Apare întrebarea: poate fi aplicată stimularea fiscală față de întreprinderile aflate în proces de insolvabilitate?

Правительство рассмотрело проект о предоставлении налоговых льгот СМИ

В ходе заседания в среду, 12 сентября, кабинет министров вынес отрицательное заключение по законодательной инициативе, выдвинутой группой депутатов, о введении с 1 января 2019 г. по 31 декабря 2025 г. специальной системы налогообложения для хозяйствующих субъектов, действующих в системе средств массовой информации и для производителей кино- и аудиовизуальных произведений. Соответствующий проект внесения изменений и дополнений в Налоговый кодекс был зарегистрирован в парламенте в конце июля текущего года и должен быть рассмотрен в ходе начавшейся 3 сентября осенне-зимней сессии.

ГНС изменила сроки предоставления некоторых отчетов

В «MO» от 7 сентября 2018 г. опубликованы изменения и дополнения в несколько приказов Государственной Налоговой Службы, предпринятые с целью исполнения положений Закона о Фонде поддержки населения. Так, изменен срок представления отчета по сбору за пользование дорогами автомобилями с превышением допустимых общей массы, весовых нагрузок на ось или габаритных параметров (Форма TDL 13). Вместо последнего дня месяца квартальный отчет по исчисленной сумме сбора будет предоставляться до 25 числа месяца, следующего за отчетным кварталом, в котором были получены документы, разрешающие перевозку грузов автомобилями с превышением допустимых параметров.
