В Инструкции по заполнению типовой формы первичного документа строгой отчетности «Налоговая накладная» (Приложение №2 к Приказу МФ от 28.08.2017 г. в главе 2 п. 28 указано, что в строках 16 «Сдал товары/активы посредник (перевозчик)» и 17 «Принял товары/активы (услуги) покупатель/получатель» — посредник (перевозчик) удостоверяет подписью сдачу груза, а ответственное лицо покупателя подтверждает на втором, третьем и четвертом экземплярах налоговой накладной подписью и печатью (штампом) приемку груза от посредника (перевозчика).
