Физическое лицо–гражданин играло online в казино, находящемся за границей, и получило выигрыш. Деньги были получены через банковский счет в Республике Молдова. Налог у источника не был удержан. Необходимо выяснить, нужно ли гражданину задекларировать соответствующий доход и уплатить подоходный налог.
