În conformitate cu prevederile art.109 alin.(2) din Codul fiscal, la serviciile importate, termenul obligației fiscale și data achitării TVA se consideră data efectuării plății, inclusiv a plății prealabile pentru importul de servicii.

S.R.L. închiriază autoturism de la persoana fizică cu titlu gratuit (plata lunară — zero lei). Acest autoturism a fost reparat, cheltuelile de reparație în scopuri fiscale = 0 lei (15% din suma chiriei). TVA se permite de luat în calcul?
