Serviciul electronic guvernamental de semnătură digitală (MSign) are scopul de a oferi un mecanism integrator, securizat și flexibil de aplicare și verificare a autenticității semnăturii digitale de către utilizatori, inclusiv în contextul utilizării sistemelor informaționale și a serviciilor electronice.
Notă informativă Scopul elaborării proiectului Hotărîrii Guvernului pentru aprobarea Regulamentului cu privire la modul de aplicare a facilităţilor fiscale stabilite în art. 103 alin. (1) pct. 29) al codului fiscal nr. 1163-X1I1 din 24 aprilie 1997 şi art. 28 lit. q2) al Legii 1380-XIII din 20 noiembrie 1997 cu privire la tariful vamal, este implementarea unui mecanism eficient de aplicare a facilităţilor fiscale şi vamale sus-nominalizate.
