La dispozitive şi sisteme pentru înregistrarea operațiunilor cu numerar, conform art. 5 pct. 40) din Codul fiscal, se referă:
Activitatea caselor de amanet (lombardurilor) este reglementată de Regulamentul cu privire la modul de organizare și funcționare a caselor de amanet (lombardurilor), aprobat prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 204 din 28 martie 1995.
Regulamentul cu privire la exploatarea echipamentelor de casă şi de control pentru efectuarea decontărilor în numerar şi/sau prin alt instrument de plată (Anexa nr. 3 la Hotărîrea Guvernului nr. 141/2019),
3. (34.1.11) Ce reprezintă tichetele de masă și cum acestea se utilizează în decontările în numerar?
Emiterea, acordarea, acceptarea și rambursarea tichetelor de masă, raportul dintre operatorii, angajatorii și unitățile comerciale/de alimentație publică sunt reglementate de Legea cu privire la tichetele de masă nr. 166 din 21 septembrie 2017.
În conformitate cu prevederile punctul 4 din Regulamentul cu privire la exploatarea echipamentelor de casă şi de control pentru efectuarea decontărilor în numerar şi/sau prin alt instrument de plată
Potrivit pct. 7 subpct. 3) din Regulamentul cu privire la exploatarea echipamentelor de casă şi de control pentru efectuarea decontărilor în numerar şi/sau prin alt instrument de plată (Anexa nr. 3 la Hotărîrea Guvernului nr. 141/2019), MCC/IF se consideră în stare de funcţionare dacă îndeplineşte următoarele cerinţe:
