Pentru determinarea obligaţiilor fiscale aferente impozitului pe venit din activitate pentru perioada fiscală 2018, Întreprinzătorul individual (numărul de salariaţi până la 3 persoane) prezintă darea de seamă unificată distinct, după cum urmează:
În conformitate cu prevederile art. 901 alin.(3) din Codul fiscal
În conformitate cu prevederile art. 8 din Legea nr. 22 din 23.02.2018 privind exercitarea unor activităţi necalificate cu caracter ocazional
În conformitate cu prevederile art.121 alin.(1) din Codul fiscal, prin perioadă fiscală privind impozitul pe venit se înțelege anul calendaristic la încheierea căruia se determină venitul impozabil şi se calculează suma impozitului care trebuie achitată.
Lista documentelor confirmative ce reprezintă temei pentru confirmarea bazei valorice a activelor de capital este aprobată prin Ordinul Ministerului Finanțelor nr. 40 din 6 februarie 2018.
În conformitate cu prevederile art. 90 alin. (1) din Codul fiscal, nu se reţine în prealabil suma în mărime de 7% din plăţile efectuate în folosul persoanei fizice
În conformitate cu art.120 din Codul fiscal, subiecți ai impunerii cu accize sunt atât antrepozitarii autorizați care produc și/sau prelucrează mărfuri supuse accizelor pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova cât și persoanele juridice și persoanele fizice care importă mărfuri supuse accizelor.
