НДС при международных экспедиторских услугах Организация — резидент РМ занимающаяся экспедиторскими услугами, предоставляет экспедиторское сопровождение фирме резиденту РМ по экспорту товара (Кишинев-Одесса-Египет). Когда возникает обязательство по НДС – при пересечении границы РМ или при завершении услуги? Если при пересечении границы РМ, то как заказчик может заблаговременно поставить печать на акте выполненных работ, если фактически работа завершится через месяц, при прибытии судна в Египет?

Если предприятие начисляет зарплату 30 сентября 2018 г., а выплата произведена в октябре, как мы отражаем это в форме IPC18? Согласно ст.44 ч.(1) лит.(а) Налогового кодекса, для физических лиц, не осуществляющих предпринимательскую деятельность, для учета доходов используется применяя кассовый метод учета. Под кассовым методом учета понимается метод, в соответствии с которым доход учитывается в налоговом году, в котором он был получен денежными средствами или в другой форме (ст.44 ч.(2) лит.а) НК).
