Potrivit prevederilor art. 4 alin. (71)
Potrivit prevederilor art.93 pct.9) din Codul fiscal
În conformitate cu prevederile art. 901 alin. (31) din Codul fiscal, persoanele specificate la art. 90 rețin și achită la buget un impozit în mărime de 15%
În conformitate cu prevederile art. 90 alin. (1) din Codul fiscal, nu se reţine în prealabil suma în mărime de 7% din plăţile efectuate în folosul persoanei fizice pe veniturile obţinute de către aceasta
Urmează IFS teritorial să aplice careva sancțiuni, în cazul în care din plățile efectuate în folosul avocatului care activează prin cabinetul avocatului de către agentul economic nu au fost reținut impozitul pe venit?
În conformitate cu prevederile art. 901 alin. (33) din Codul fiscal, fiecare plătitor de câştiguri urmează să reţină şi să verse la buget un impozit în mărime de 12%, din cîştigurile de la jocurile de noroc cu excepţia cîştigurilor de la loterii şi/sau pariuri sportive.
