Baza impozabilă şi diferenţa de sumă La importul de mărfuri în declarația de import în rândul 12 se reflectă suma transportului în MDL. Transportatorul eliberează factura fiscală la data devamării cu suma exprimată în valuta naţională la cursul BNM. În cazul în suma din declarație şi factură diferă pâna la 10 bani, putem primi factura?

Se consideră import de servicii plata pentru folosirea anuală a unei aplicaţii electronice/poşta electronică ( gmail; yahoo; mail)? Se reflectă suma invoice-ului primit de la nerezident pentru acest transfer în declaraţia TVA şi unde? Ce alte tipuri de impozite şi taxe se mai reţin/achită?

Se va elibera factura fiscală la momentul plății în avans pentru serviciile ce urmează a fi prestate în cadrul unui contract de antrepriză în construcții? Se va permite deducerea TVA în baza facturii fiscale eliberate la momentul încasării plății în avans pentru serviciile ce urmează a fi prestate în cadrul unui asemenea contract?
În programul de contabilitatea s-a completat formularul tipizat de document primar „Factura fiscală”. La imprimarea formularului, executat tipografic, s-a comis o greşeală mecanică, şi anume s-a imprimat sub formularului tipizat de document primar „Factura”. Ce consecințe atrage după sine imprimarea unui formular sub o formă greșită?

Торговая фирма А заключила договор с транспортной фирмой В для доставки товара с авторизованного склада в мун. Кишинэу. Фирма В получила от фирмы А мобильную ККМ для оплаты получателем товара наличными средствами и выдачи чека. Собранная выручка передается вместе с Z отчетом кассиру фирмы А. Доставка осуществляется по всей территории РМ. Имеет ли право фирма А передавать ККМ фирме В для осуществления кассовых операций?
