В формуляре по подоходному налогу VEN-12 в приложении 2 стр. 03039 отражается сумма расходов на сверхнормативный выброс загрязняющих веществ в окружающую среду и за сверхлимитное потребление природных ресурсов (ч. (12) ст. 24 НК). В течении года сдавала отчет EMPOLDEP17, в котором есть суммы по колонке 10 об оплате за выбросы, сборы загрязнителей и размещение отходов с превышением установленных нормативов по art. 2. сверхнормативный выброс загрязняющих веществ в окружающую среду. Должны ли мы показывать эту сумму в колонке 2 по строке 03039?
