Da, în cazul în care nu contravine prevederilor art. 102 alin. (1) din CF și nu cade sub incidența art. 102 alin. (8) din Codul fiscal.

Documentele, în baza cărora se permite deducerea TVA sunt enumerate în art.102 alin.(10) CF. Bonurile fiscale printre acestea nu sunt specificate.
Potrivit prevederilor art. 102 alin.(10) din Codul fiscal, subiectul impozabil va fi în drept de a deduce TVA achitate sau care urmează a fi achitată pe valorile materiale, serviciile procurate dacă dispune:
