Предприятие берет внаем на коммерческом рынке две площади, которые находятся друг напротив друга и согласно договору о найме именуются «киоски». В качестве торгового объекта, из которого, собственно, осуществляется продажа товаров, выступает первый киоск, а второй киоск используется в качестве склада и витрины.

Dacă agentul economic livrează mai mult de 100 de denumiri de mărfuri, în baza unei singure facturi fiscale, este obligat să completeze toate denumirile mărfurilor/activelor livrate sau este suficient să indice numai data și numărul actului de primire-predare a mărfurilor?
