În luna curentă o persoană fizică cetăţean a rezervat o foaie turistică pentru 2 persoane la odihnă la mare în Turcia pentru perioada lunii iunie 2018. Pentru rezervarea foii turistice respective, cetăţeanul a achitat companiei turistice „V” SRL un avans în numerar în mărime de 6 000 lei, astfel beneficiind de o reducere de 20% comparativ cu eventualele preţuri din perioada lunii iunie. Pentru plata încasată contribuabilul „V” SRL nu a utilizat maşina de casă şi de control şi i-a eliberat cetăţeanului doar o chitanţă şi un contract. Care sunt prevederile legislaţiei în vigoare şi ce amendă riscă compania turistică „V” SRL?
