Prezentarea declaraţiilor fără aplicarea ştampilei Ce lege/ordin permite prezentarea declarațiilor fără ștampilă?
Potrivit art.283 alin.(1) pct.h, ”persoanele invalide de gr.II care dețin locuința cu valoarea mai mică de 30000 lei sunt scutite de impozitul pe bunurile imobiliare”. În cazul în care persoana cu dizabilităţi lucrează și obține venit, poate beneficia de aceste facilități?
Rezidentul care are venituri de peste hotare pentru serviciile prestate în RM, poate beneficia de desemnarea procentuală?

Сonform Standardelor Naționale a Contabilităţii, comisionul băncii pentru credit este dedus imediat, iar, conform standardelor internaționale, acesta este dedus treptat, fiind repartizat pentru întreaga perioadă de creditare (dacă împrumutul este oferit pentru 5 ani, atunci comisionul pentru acesta se deduce pentru o perioadă de 5 ani.) În cazul în care împrumutul nu este solicitat în întregime, dar în tranşe, de exemplu, timp de jumătate de an și banca își retrage comisionul pentru fiecare tranşă, aceste sume se calculează separat?
