În conformitate cu prevederile art. 24 alin. (1) din Codul fiscal, se permite deducerea cheltuielilor ordinare şi necesare, achitate sau suportate de contribuabil pe parcursul anului fiscal, exclusiv în cadrul activității de întreprinzător.
Conform prevederilor art. 1432 alin. (1) din Codul civil, moștenirea este transmiterea patrimoniului unei persoane fizice decedate (cel ce a lăsat moștenirea) către succesorii săi.
În conformitate cu prevederile art. 35 alin. (2) din Codul fiscal, persoană întreținută se consideră persoana care întrunește toate cerințele de mai jos:
О вычете доначисленных по результатам проверки платежей По акту документальной проверки за 2012-2013 г. доначислена сумма НДС. Проверка осуществлена в 2014 г. и эта сумма отнесена на расходы в финансовом отчете. В целях налогообложения данная сумма должна ли быть снята с вычетов в 2014 г.?
În conformitate cu art. 5 pct. 362) din Codul fiscal, activitatea independentă reprezintă activitate de comerț desfășurată de către o persoană fizică rezidentă doar în mod individual, fără a constitui o formă organizatorico-juridică, în urma desfășurării căreia se obține venit.

Art. 5 pct. 29) din Codul fiscal stabileşte noţiunea de subdiviziune сa unitate structurală a întreprinderii, instituţiei, organizaţiei (filială, reprezentanţă, sucursală, secţie, magazin, depozit etc.), situată în afara locului ei de reşedinţă de bază, care exercită unele din atribuţiile acesteia.
