Субсидирование создания рабочих мест как способ стимулирования экономической деятельности в стране 20 декабря 2017 года Постановлением Правительства № 1145 было утверждено Положение о субсидировании создания рабочих мест (МО № 451-463 от 29 декабря 2017 г., ст. 1273).
С апреля 2017 года местным органам публичного управления предписано при установлении ставок местных сборов руководствоваться одним критерием, двумя принципами и одним требованием, предусмотренными ч.ч. (8) и (9) ст. 297 НК.

Во исполнение положений статьи 14 Закона о плате за загрязнение окружающей среды № 1540-XIII от 25 февраля 1998 (Официальный монитор Республики Молдова, 1998 г., №54-55, ст. 378), с последующими изменениями и дополнениями,
Закон об электронной торговле № 284/2004 (далее – Закон), повторно опубликованный на основании лит. с) ч. (2) ст. II Закона № 59 от 6 апреля 2017 года (вступил в силу через 9 месяцев с момента опубликования в МО, т. е. 5 февраля 2018 года), устанавливает принципы регулирования электронной торговли, условия предоставления услуг информационного общества, ответственность поставщиков услуг и посредников, а также принцип поддержки сотрудничества между Республикой Молдова и другими странами в процессе предоставления услуг информационного общества.
