Об особенностях налогового учета в 2015 году Особенности налогового учета в текущем году определены вступлением в силу Закона о внесении изменений и дополнений в некоторые законодательные акты № 71 от 12 апреля 2015 года (МО № 102-104 от 28 апреля 2015 г.) (далее – Закон № 71), а также Закона о бюджете государственного социального страхования № 73 от 12 апреля 2015 года (МО № 102-104 от 28 апреля 2015 г.) (далее – Закон № 73). Оба законодательных акта коснулись как учета налогоплательщиков, так и учета налоговых обязательств.
Pornind de la modificările operate în Codul fiscal nr. 1163-XIII din 24.04.1997 prin Legea pentru modificarea şi completarea unor acte legislative nr. 71 din 12.04.2015 (Monitorul Oficial nr. 102-104/170 din 28.04.2015), Ministerul Finanţelor prezintă pentru cunoştinţă şi călăuză în activitatea cotidiană următoarele.
Настоящий органический закон принимается на основании положений статьи 1061 Конституции путем принятия на себя Правительством ответственности перед Парламентом. Ст. 1. – Фонды обязательного медицинского страхования на 2015 год утверждаются по доходам в сумме 5 160 098,4 тысячи леев и по расходам в сумме 5 260 098,4 тысячи леев, с дефицитом в сумме 100 000,0 тысячи леев.
Prezenta lege organică este aprobată în temeiul prevederilor art. 1061 din Constituție, prin angajarea răspunderii Guvernului față de Parlament. Art. 1. – Fondurile asigurării obligatorii de asistență medicală pe anul 2015 se aprobă la venituri în sumă de 5 160 098,4 mii lei şi la cheltuieli în sumă de 5 260 098,4 mii lei, cu un deficit în sumă de 100 000,0 mii lei.
Настоящий органический закон принимается на основании положений статьи 1061 Конституции путем принятия на себя Правительством ответственности перед Парламентом. Раздел I Общие положения Ст. 1. – Бюджет государственного социального страхования на 2015 год утверждается по доходам в сумме 13 478 315,4 тысячи леев, по расходам в сумме 13 566 472,8 тысячи леев, с превышением расходов над доходами в сумме 88 157,7 тысячи леев.
Prezenta lege organică este aprobată în temeiul prevederilor art. 1061 din Constituție, prin angajarea răspunderii Guvernului față de Parlament. Capitolul I Dispoziții generale Art. 1. – Bugetul asigurărilor sociale de stat pe anul 2015 se aprobă la venituri în sumă de 13 478 315,4 mii lei şi la cheltuieli în sumă de 13 566 472,8 mii lei, cu o depăşire a cheltuielilor asupra veniturilor în sumă de 88 157,7 mii lei.
Настоящий органический закон принимается на основании положений статьи 1061 Конституции путем принятия на себя Правительством ответственности перед Парламентом. Раздел I Общие положения Ст.1. – (1) Государственный бюджет на 2015 год утверждается по доходам в сумме 30 338 607,0 тысячи леев, по расходам в сумме 34 315 109,1 тысячи леев, с дефицитом в сумме 3 976 502,1 тысячи леев.
