Письмо ГГНИ № 26-11/2-12-50-7585 от 28 ноября 2012 о применении ККМ некоммерческими организациями Главная государственная налоговая инспекция, в отношении обязательного использования общественными объединениями контрольно-кассовых машин, сообщает следующее. В соответствии с положениями ст. 1 Закона № 837 от 17 мая 1996 года об общественных объединениях, общественным объединением является некоммерческая организация, независимая от органов публичной власти, добровольно созданная не менее чем двумя физическими и/или юридическими лицами (общественными объединениями), объединенными общностью интересов в целях реализации законных прав в соответствии с законодательством.
Inspectoratul Fiscal Principal de Stat, cu privire la obligativitatea asociaţiilor obşteşti de utilizare a maşinilor de casă şi control, comunică următoarele. Conform prevederilor art. l din legea nr. 837-XIII din 17 mai 1996 „Cu privire la asociaţiile obşteşti”, asociaţia obştească este o organizaţie necomercială, independentă de autorităţile publice, constituită benevol de cel puţin două persoane fizice şi/sau juridice (asociaţii obşteşti), asociate prin comunitate de interese în vederea realizării, în condiţiile legii, a unor drepturi legitime.

Parlamentul adoptă prezenta lege organică. Capitolul I DISPOZIŢII GENERALE Art. 1. – Bugetul asigurărilor sociale de stat pe anul 2013 se aprobă la venituri în sumă de 10 534 774,1 mii lei şi la cheltuieli în sumă de 10 614 774,1 mii lei, cu o depăşire a cheltuielilor asupra veniturilor în sumă de 80 000,0 mii lei.
