O persoană juridică rezidentă a Federației Ruse, fiind fondatorul unei întreprinderi rezidente a Republicii Moldova, a acordat acestei întreprinderi un împrumut în valută străină cu dobândă. La plata dobânzii acumulate la împrumut, este necesar să se rețină impozitul pe venit (și dacă da, în ce sumă). De menționat că persoana juridică (fondatorul) a furnizat Certificat de rezidență al Federației Ruse?
