Din numărul total de unități supuse în anul 2022 controlului, 1313 au fost agenți economici din sectorul real, 815 – autorități din sectorul public și 15 – angajatori persoane fizice. Controale planificate au fost efectuate la 1398 unități, inclusiv 622 în sectorul public și 776 în sectorul real. Controale inopinate au fost organizate la 745 angajatori: 193 – în sectorul public, 537 – în sectorul real și 15 – la angajatori persoane fizice.

С 1 января 2023 г. вступят в силу две новые статьи, которыми дополнен Трудовой кодекс Республики Молдова. Они будут регламентировать права работников и работодателей в случае участия сотрудников в избирательных кампаниях. La 1 ianuarie 2023 vor intra în vigoare două articole, cu care a fost suplinit Codul muncii al Republicii Moldova. Acestea reglementează drepturile angajaților și angajatorilor pe perioada antrenării angajaților în campaniile electorale.
