Evidența zilelor nelucrătoare de sărbătoare în perioada concediului fără plată: clarificări juridice
Un angajat al întreprinderii a depus o cerere și a beneficiat de concediu neplătit în perioada 25 august – 21 septembrie 2025 inclusiv. În acest interval se regăsesc două zile oficiale nelucrătoare și de sărbătoare: 27 august – Ziua Independenței Republicii Moldova; 31 august – sărbătoarea „Ziua Limbii Române”.

La data de 10 iulie 2025 Parlamentul RM a adoptat Legea nr. 193 pentru modificarea unor acte normative (reglementarea raporturilor conexe prestării muncii prin agent de muncă temporară, securității și sănătății în muncă a unor categorii de lucrători, a unor aspecte legate de raporturile de muncă, a răspunderii contravenționale etc.) (în continuare Legea nr. 193/2025). Această lege organică, publicată în MO al RM nr. 441-444, art. 602, din 21 august 2025, va intra în vigoare la 1 ianuarie 2026.
