Административный совет Национального агентства по регулированию в области электронных коммуникаций и информационных технологий (НАРЭКИТ) утвердил размер регулятивно-мониторингового платежа в области электронных коммуникаций на 2019 г., сохранив его на уровне текущего года. В частности, в следующем году размер регулятивно-мониторингового платежа в области электронных коммуникаций составит 0,3% от объема дохода, полученного за осуществляемую деятельность в указанной области.

Stimularea fiscală și amenzile aplicate de Consiliul Concurenței Amenzile aplicate de Consiliul Concurenţei, care nu au fost achitate până la 17 august 2018, vor fi anulate în temeiul Legii nr. 180 din 26 iulie 2018 privind declararea voluntară şi stimularea fiscală? Parlamentul a aprobat procedura de stimulare fiscală care constă în anularea sumelor amenzilor și majorărilor de întârziere (penalităților) la plăţile administrate de Serviciul Fiscal de Stat, de Serviciului Vamal şi de Casa Naţională de Asigurări Sociale.
